Inside Sales Representative

- As an Inside Sales Representative with Executive Distributors, you will be accountable for developing and nurturing client relationships, driving sales revenue and contributing to the growth of our organisation. Your primary focus will be on inbound and outbound sales activities, generating leads, managing accounts, and closing deals. You will collaborate closely with our outside sales and customer service teams to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  Responsibilities of the role include:
  - Identify and qualify sales leads through effective prospecting techniques
  - Engage with potential clients via phone, email and online platforms
  - Prepare accurate complex quotes
  - Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales

  - Complete basic admin & scheduling to support BDM prior to appointment

Warehouse Operator
- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented (accurate) Warehouse Operator to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely handling of all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong commitment to safety.
- Local Toowoomba company - Family Owned, great atmosphere.
- - Overtime pay
  - Monday-Friday only. Company hours is from approx. 5:30am-5pm, so your ordinary hours would be within reasonable daylight hours (get home on time😊)
  - Good variety of work. Pick orders for customers from a big array of goods.
  - Ask about enrolling in training on the role and allowed paid work time to study! Come out of the role upskilled!
  - Flexible bosses – time off when needed!
  Responsibilities:
  - Pick and fill orders from stock
  - Pack and ship orders to customers
  - Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
  - Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
  - Occasionally Receive and process incoming stock
  - Occasionally deliver orders to clients in our trucks/vans (day trip only)
  - Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Qualifications:
  - Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred
  - Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
  - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  - Ability to lift up cartons
