Why is reusing cardboard boxes important?

Reusing cardboard boxes helps reduce waste, saves trees, and minimises the environmental impact of producing new boxes. It’s a simple way to contribute to a more sustainable future. In Australia alone, we consume 3 million tonnes of cardboard and paper packaging per annum.

Can I use the boxes for any type of product?

Yes, as long as the box is suitable and sturdy enough for the product you’re shipping or storing, feel free to use it.

What should I do if the box is damaged?

If the box is damaged beyond reuse, please recycle it properly. Waste companies in most areas of Australia will support “Cardboard Only” bin options, and collect them separately. In some instances, they’ll offer the service for FREE, which is another big save for your business.

Do I need to remove the original shipping labels?

Yes, for security and clarity, please remove or cover any original shipping labels before reusing the box.

Can I return boxes to Executive Distributors for reuse?

Absolutely! Feel free to give any good condition boxes back to our drivers when they come for your next delivery. Our guys will decide which are good enough to reuse. That way we’re not burning fuel carting around boxes that have reached the end of their life. Dispose of your end-of-life cartons wisely in a recycling program!

NOTE: This service is only available to locations where delivery is done by our driver. Please don’t request a courier to bring the boxes back to us!
